Alicia O'Hara | Certified Hypnotherapist & Intuitive Coach
My professional journey started with the interior design of buildings and brought me to the amazing world of the interior design of humans.
Before becoming a healing arts practitioner, I studied and practiced interior design, and worked as a liaison officer helping students transition into their professional careers. These earlier experiences gave me insight and understanding on how people evolve, and it was through this insight, I realized I wanted to help others create change and evolve on a much deeper level.
This lead me into my own personal journey of growth, delving into the beliefs, programming and pain that blocked me, and learning the tools I needed to empower myself beyond them.
In 2004, I began studying alternative therapies; meditation, mindfulness, energy healing, spiritual and clairvoyant practices and finally hypnotherapy. Through the personal and formal study of a variety of modalities, including those that I have become certified in, I learned create change and evolve at a much deeper level.
This gave me the techniques and experience to continue to evolve and help others do the same.
In 2009, I took a leap of faith and introduced my craft to the world.
Today, as your hypnotherapist, my goal is to help you to empower yourself through the changes you want to make, clear the struggles, and encourage your individual path to getting there.
