My professional journey started with the interior design of buildings and brought me to the amazing world of the interior design of humans.
When life gets quieter, the "stuff" on the inside can get louder. As I settled into my dream career, life around me slowed down for the first time in a long time, this is when things got much louder on the inside, and I really didn't know what to do with it.
This lead me into my own personal journey of growth, delving into the beliefs, programming and pain that blocked me, and most importantly, learning the tools I needed to empower myself beyond them.
This was life changing for me and in 2004, I began studying alternative therapies; meditation, mindfulness, energy healing, spiritual and clairvoyant practices and finally hypnotherapy. Through the personal and formal study of a variety of modalities, including those that I have become certified in, I learned create change and evolve at a much deeper level.
This gave me the techniques and experience to continue to evolve and help others do the same.
In 2009, I took a leap of faith and introduced my craft to the world.
Today, as your hypnotherapist and intuitive life coach, my goal is to help you to empower yourself through the changes you want to make and encourage your individual path to getting there.
